Fit & Balance circuit class

Fit & Balance

Strength, stability and a good mood

Enjoy a 60-minute circuit training session in a small group. Build strength, improve stability and unwind. Work at your own pace, with no commitment to attend every week.

When: Every Thursday, 6:15–7:15 pm
Where: inSpiral Studio, Vinohradská 70, right at Jiřího z Poděbrad
Price: CZK 300 per session (10% discount for inSpiral members: CZK 270)

Conditions: 

→ Minimum 4 and maximum 8 participants.

→ Registration is required by the Sunday before the session.

→ Every 5th session costs only CZK 150 with our loyalty card.
