🇨🇿 Soutěžní step dancing (soft & hard shoes) Tyto lekce jsou určeny výhradně těm, kdo se chtějí aktivně účastnit soutěží nebo skládat taneční zkoušky. Náplní hodin je intenzivní příprava právě na soutěžní prostředí, ať už jste v začátečnické či open úrovni. Skupina je malá a stabilní, každému tanečníkovi se věnujeme individuálně, podle jeho aktuální potřeby a úrovně. Co v lekcích děláme: - Zlepšujeme fyzickou kondici a výdrž - Ladíme techniku kroků a držení těla - Učíme se povinné tance a soutěžní choreografie - Pracujeme s vnímáním hudby a různých rytmů - Věnujeme se jak tradičnímu, tak modernímu repertoáru Tanečníci mají naši podporu i mimo lekce – snažíme se být přítomni na soutěžích, kde je to možné, a zapojujeme pokročilé tanečníky i do vystoupení. V lekcích i na soutěžích tvoříme jeden tým, navzájem se podporujeme, fandíme si a rosteme spolu, každý svým tempem. Co s sebou do lekcí: - Sportovní oblečení, které nebrání pohybu nohou - Obuv pro irský tanec: soft shoes i hard shoes 🇬🇧 Competitive Step Dancing (Soft & Hard Shoes) These classes are strictly for dancers who want to compete or take formal dance exams. The focus is on competition preparation, whether you're at the beginner or champion level. We keep the group very small, ensuring individual attention for each dancer, tailored to their current goals and needs. What we work on: - Improving fitness and stamina - Refining step technique and posture - Learning required dances and competitive choreographies - Developing musicality and rhythm awareness across different styles - Exploring both traditional and modern repertoire We offer ongoing support – not just during lessons, but also at competitions whenever possible. Advanced dancers may also get the chance to represent the school at public performances. In class and in competition, we are one team, dancers support each other, cheer each other on, and grow together at their own pace. What to bring: - Sport clothing that allows free leg movement - Both soft shoes and hard shoes for Irish dancing
